I am a dedicated nutrition professional with a passion for both population and individual health, and how diet can be used as a tool to achieve better health. A goal of mine is to provide evidence-based advice to help others navigate the overwhelming amount of online misinformation.
I am also an avid recreational swimmer, gym-goer, and runner, with a particular interest in nutrition to support athletic endeavours.
I offer nutrition support for general health and wellbeing, body composition, and sports performance, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that empower individuals to improve their health through diet and lifestyle.
After working in Melbourne’s fresh produce supply chain, I developed a special interest in fruits and vegetables—not only in how they are grown but also in the important role they play in health.
